According to lb.ua, with reference to sources in law enforcement agencies, representatives of law enforcers conducted searches at the residence of Archbishop Arkadiy (Taranov), the head of the Rovenki Eparchy of the UOC, in connection with the case of collaborationism.
Media reports suggest that "anti-Ukrainian" literature was allegedly found during the search, which was confiscated for examination.
According to the publication, the searches took place in Odesa, where Archbishop Arkadiy is officially registered, and where Ukrainian law enforcement agencies are preparing to inform him of suspicion of collaborationism. The Archbishop himself is reportedly in Russia.
As previously reported, the ROC Synod transferred the Rovenki Eparchy of the UOC to the direct subordination of the Patriarch.
