St. Tikhon’s Releases Schedule for Memorial Day Pilgrimage

SOUTH CANAAN, PA — The monastic brotherhood of the Monastery of St. Tikhon of Zadonsk has released the full schedule for its 122nd annual Memorial Day Pilgrimage, set for May 22–25, 2026, outlining a weekend of liturgical services, communal gatherings, and special events.
The published schedule includes daily Hierarchical Divine Liturgies, Vespers, and Matins, as well as the official opening on Friday evening and the closing services on Memorial Day. A highlight of the weekend will be the Memorial Day Hierarchical Divine Liturgy, followed by a healing service to the Mother of God. The 84th commencement of St. Tikhon’s Orthodox Theological Seminary will also take place during the pilgrimage.
Organizers are encouraging broad participation, including singers invited to join the St. Tikhon’s Festival Choir, which will rehearse and sing for the Monday liturgy. Meals will be provided throughout the weekend, and additional vendors will be present on Memorial Day, rounding out the weekend with opportunities for fellowship and connection.
