UOC-KP starts trading elite housing in the city center

The Kiev Patriarchate has completed the construction of elite housing in the Shevchenko district of Kiev. This is reported by journalist Maksim Savchuk on his Facebook page, writes Obozrevatel.

"Come on over! The alley of church townhouses " Happy Estate" from the UOC (KP)! Only 44 thousand UAH per square meter! Downtown, 24a-30 Olegovskaya Str.! Kiev Patriarchate (Patriarch Vladimir charity fund of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Kiev Patriarchate) has completed the construction of elite housing," he wrote.

According to the journalist, the site for the construction of the house was leased by the city council in 2006 (Decision 453/510). Savchuk also provided a link to the site of alley townhouses "Happy Estate".
