"Laughing" church appears in Germany

An unusual experiment is set in a German church: every 15 minutes from the bell tower, instead of bells, laughter – male, female and child – rings for miles around, writes NTV.

The idea occurred to a local yoga teacher and was favored by the church.

Residents of the city have mixed feelings about the novelty. Some people like the "laughing" bell-tower raising their spirits, and some find it annoying.

The experiment will last until May 7.
