Parubiy exposes "Shatun" plan in religious sphere of Ukraine
The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada said during the 6th National Prayer Breakfast, "As Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada I declare that we will not allow Russian invaders to shake and disrupt the interfaith peace in Ukraine through their agents of influence. Various attempts of the enemy will be met with resolute action," reports 112-Ukraine.
At the same time, as the UOJ informed, the Parliament is trying to collect votes for the adoption of draft laws No. 4511 and No. 4128, which, according to experts and the international community, will lead to an escalation of inter-faith strife in Ukraine.
Earlier, the World Council of Churches appealed to the president and the speaker with a request to revoke the anti-church bills, and the bishop of the Kharkov-Zaporozhie diocese of the RCC Jan Sobylo said that if the anti-church bills are adopted, Christians will go against one another with knives.
