Court declares null and void "transfer" of Konstantinovka church to KP
It is reported that the Donetsk Economic Court of Appeal in Kharkov declared null and void the decision of the parish meeting of the Sretensky Church of July 10, 2015 on the religious affiliation.
Representatives of the UOC-KP have the right to appeal against the decision in the Kiev Court of Appeal within 20 days.
The Sretensky Church of the UOC in Konstantinovka was seized by representatives of the Kiev Patriarchate in October 2015.
