In vlg. Ugrinov, Kiev Patriarchate calls police to the house of UOC priest
A house of the rector of the UOC community
A few days ago, a police squad was called to the house of the priest of the Holy Cross Exaltation community of the UOC. Law enforcers arrived on the complaint of the "rector" of the UOC KP community Nikolai Seget, reports a UOC correspondent.
"According to the police officers, the rector of the schismatic parish wrote a statement that we did not comply with the court's decision to evict," says Natalia Sapozhnik, the regent of the parish choir of the Holy Cross Exaltation of the UOC, who talked to law enforcers.
As reported earlier, on April 5, 2016, the court partially upheld the claim for eviction, filed by the "rector" of the community of the UOC KP Nikolai Seget against the couple of the rector and the regent of the UOC community who lived in the church house. By court decision, the parents were to be evicted, while the judge of the Lokachi district court, Irina Vozniuk, refused to evict their two sons.
The court's decision was executed, the executive proceeding was closed. The elder son of the priest, registered at this address, continued to live lawfully in the house. In the autumn of 2017, a new house was purchased for the rector of the community of the canonical Church in Ugrinov, to which the whole family will soon move.
As reported by the UOJ, the Gorokhov court delays the consideration of the complaint of the Ugrinov community of the UOC.
