Filaret: Thanks to the war hundreds of thousands of people pass to UOC KP
Head of the UOC KP Filaret Denisenko
God creates such conditions that people, whether they want it or not, must join the UOC KP. This was said during the briefing on the creation of the United Local Church in Ukraine on 26 October 2018 by the head of the UOC KP Filaret, reports ZIK channel.
“There were a lot who did not want to enter the Kiev Patriarchate. Why? Non-canonical church. Schismatics. The Lord allowed the war in the east. The war showed who is who. Since the first warriors died in Donbass, people have been moving to the Kiev Patriarchate in hundreds, tens, hundreds of thousands,” explained the leader of the UOC KP.
As the UOJ reported, the head of the Kiev Patriarchate had repeatedly stated that the Lord allowed the war for the sake of the UOC KP growth and stressed that the Lord especially helps his structure, including by letting off the hostilities in Donbass.
