OCU “priest”: One should go to Maidan

On December 8, 2019, member of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Alexander Dediukhin urged to come to the Maidan but before that – “to go to the temple and pray” so that President Vladimir Zelensky “would not agree on any nonsense” at the meeting of the “Norman Four” in Paris. He stated this on Facebook.
“Today is the day when people are gathering on the Maidan. Once again. Some say, "There is probably no point going to the Maidan, since they don’t hear us." Such words will not be true. The Lord hears every prayer, rejoices over it, but the green liars hear everyone who is dissatisfied and are afraid of us.
Therefore, it is necessary to go to the Maidan. But, as a priest, I want to give one important piece of advice. Before you go to the Maidan, you should go to the temple and pray. Pray for our protests to yield results, pray for <...> pray for Zelensky to come from Normandy with nothing, i.e. not to sign or agree on any nonsense there,” the cleric writes.
“Today we should not stay home if we seek the truth,” he added.
As reported by the UOJ, previously “cleric” Alexander Dediukhin said that while searches were being conducted in the house of volunteer Marusia Zveroboy, who had publicly threatened Vladimir Zelensky, the OCU were offering “special” prayers “for those who are now being tortured by godless authorities.”
