Former US President Donald Trump, speaking in New Hampshire on January 28, 2023, said that if re-elected, he would issue a law on the existence of only two genders – male and female, and also ban transgender propaganda among minors, reports axios.com.
Trump noted that there will be criminal penalties for performing gender-affirming surgeries on minors.
“We are going to stop the radical left racists and perverts who are trying to indoctrinate our youth. They need to get their hands off our children. We are going to defeat the cult of gender ideology and confirm that God created two genders called men and women,” said Donald Trump.
Donald Trump has vowed to open an investigation to see if pharmaceutical companies are hiding data on the side effects of gender-affirming hormones.
Now, in many states, minors are allowed to undergo such therapy and operations, and parents do not have the right to interfere with this. This is called "gender-affirming care".
Trump will also cancel the trans agenda in schools, and teachers who promote trans ideology to children will face severe punishment.
As previously reported, Trump's son criticized the Ukrainian authorities for persecuting the UOC.
