On March 12, 2023, thousands of UOC believers gathered for the Divine Liturgy at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra on the feast day of the Synaxis of the Venerable Fathers of the Kyiv Caves Lavra, the UOC Telegram channel reports.

"Thousands of people gathered for the Liturgy on the Day of Remembrance of the Synaxis of All Saints of Kyiv Caves, with one heart and one mouth singing the Symbol of the Faith," the report says.

"All these people are being threatened with eviction from the Lavra. Aren't they Ukrainian people? They wouldn't go to an empty well for water!" a parishioner of Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, Viktor Kushnir, wrote on Facebook.

As previously reported, the Church celebrates Synaxis of the Venerable Fathers of the Kyiv Caves Lavra.
