"Got rid of the Muscovites": Mostyska authorities transfer church to OCU

On April 10, 2023, the religious community of the Church of St. Amphiloсhius of Pochaiv (UOC) in Mostyska, Lviv region, was transferred to the OCU, reports the press service of the Mostiska Town Council, writing that the town "got rid of the Muscovites".
The town council said that the decree on the "transfer" of the community was signed by the "Metropolitan" Makariy of the Lviv OCU.
The decree said that the rector of the UOC church, Fr. Mykola Petruschak has been accepted into the OCU at his own request.
As earlier reported, the community of the Church of St. Amphiloсhius of Pochaiv in Mostyska had moved to the jurisdiction of the Phanar.
