The Ukrainian parliamentarian and famous sportsman Artem Dmytruk called on Ukrainians to be faithful to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church under the omophorion of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine. The MP stated this in a video message from the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
“Bow from our Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra!” said the Artem Dmytruk. “I wish everyone to adhere to our Orthodox faith, to be strong spiritually and physically, to be faithful to our Ukrainian Orthodox Church with our Primate [His Beatitude Metropolitan] Onuphry.”
As the UOJ wrote, earlier Artem Dmytruk urged the believers of the UOC to protect their shrines, "to show that we exist, that there are many of us."
