Prosecutor's Office demands to increase bail for Lavra abbot to 60 mln

The Prosecutor's Office has filed an appeal complaint against the ruling of the Solomyanskyi District Court of Kyiv due to disagreement with the amount of bail set for Metropolitan Pavel, the abbot of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. Law enforcement officers are demanding to increase the bail to 60 million hryvnias, reports UNN, citing a comment from the press secretary of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Olena Kovaleva.

As earlier reported, the Prosecutor appealed the court's decision on Metropolitan Pavel.
