On February 13, a hearing was held in the Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv on the measure of restraint for Hierodeacon Pavlo (Muzychko) of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, according to the UOJ correspondent in the courtroom.
The prosecutor requested a bail of 500,000 for the monk, but the judge set the amount at 121,000 and ordered the wearing of an electronic bracelet. The Lavra monk must, for the duration of the pre-trial investigation until April 9, 2024, surrender his foreign passport, not leave the limits of Kyiv without permission from the investigator, prosecutor, or court, not contact witnesses in this criminal case, and be ready to appear in court at the first demand.
Recall that on February 9, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted searches in the Lavra cell of Hierodeacon Pavlo. Law enforcement officers accused him of "organizing provocations in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra." He was informed of suspicion under Article 436-2, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, "justification of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation."
