In Vyshhorod, OCU reps cut off locks on UOC church

On 21 February 2024, representatives of the OCU committed an attempted seizure of St Panteleimon’s Church of the UOC in Vyshhorod, reports the press service of the Boryspil Eparchy.

According to the rector Archpriest Dionisy Denisenko, "at about 5 am, unknown persons cut the locks on the church doors," says the message of the eparchy.

The faithful are asked to pray for the rector of St Panteleimon’s Church and parishioners.

At the same time, the Telegram channel "Dozor_Kozak1" published a photo of an OCU cleric with a screwdriver in his hands, claiming that it was this man who broke the door of the Church of the Holy Great Martyr Panteleimon in Vyshhorod.

As reported, OCU clerics held a meeting for the "transition" of the Intercession Church of the UOC in Obukhiv.
