The head of the OCU, Epifaniy Dumenko, met with the Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, to discuss the spiritual support of servicemen, the development of the chaplaincy institution, as well as inter-religious and inter-Christian relations, the OCU website reports.
"During the meeting, the discussion focused on the situation at the forefront of repelling the full-scale Russian aggression, the spiritual support of Ukrainian soldiers defending their homeland, and cooperation for further development of the chaplaincy service institution," the OCU press service said.
As reported by the UOJ, Dumenko became the laureate of the Ogiyenko Prize for his contribution to interconfessional peace.
