The court granted the motion of the Ministry of Culture's representative to postpone the hearing due to being busy with another case.

As reported by the UOJ, cases concerning the Lower Lavra, particularly regarding the monks' exclusion from participation in the judicial process as a third party, have been transferred to the Supreme Court. All hearings in the appellate court are being postponed until decisions are made by the Supreme Court.
