Member of Parliament Artem Dmytruk criticized the staff of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise (KSRIFE). On his Telegram channel, the MP published a letter from the Ministry of Justice to the National Police about the results of an internal investigation.

"It is an obvious fact that KSRIFE has long lost touch with reality and churns out fantastical expert reports left and right. Just look at the dozens of fabricated reports against UOC priests," writes Dmytruk.

He recalled an expert who, in his conclusion, confused "ahresyvnyi natovp" (aggressive crowd) with "ahresyvne NATO" (aggressive NATO).

"You will laugh, but such an expert conclusion by linguistic expert Lytvynenko formed the basis of suspicion against priest Serhiy Chertylin, and he was accused of treason for this. But it turned out that this was just the tip of the iceberg," added the MP.

Previously, the UOJ reported that Eduard Lytvynenko, who conducted a psycholinguistic examination of texts and videos of UOJ journalists at the request of the SBU, was stripped of his expert certificate for several months in 2022 for a disciplinary violation.

It turned out that among KSRIFE "experts" there are those who do not even have an expert certificate or higher education.

"Ruvin, the KSRIFE director, hired a person as an 'expert' to conduct construction examinations who does not have an education (simply – higher education) or an expert certificate. However, he conducts examinations as directed by Ruvin – more precisely, he stamps and signs them. One such examination in the field of construction costs from $50,000," concluded Artem Dmytruk.

According to his information, Fotul still continues to work at KSRIFE, "as do many other experts on 'aggressive NATO'".
