On August 11, 2021, on the patron day of St. Spyridon of Trimythous by the New Julian calendar, the hierarch of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Luke of Zaporizhzhia and Melitopol, concelebrated with Metropolitan Nectarios of Kerkyra of the Church of Greece on the island of Corfu (Greece), reports the resource Fos Fanariou, which published a photo of the event.

The divine service took place at the Cathedral of the Kerkyra Metropolis.

Delegations of the UOC regularly visit the metropolises of the Greek Church, which have not recognized Ukrainian schismatics. So, in July of this year, the priests headed by Archpriest Nikolai Danilevich also visited the Metropolis of Kerkyra, where they served the Liturgy with the Greeks, and then met with the ruling bishop, Metropolitan Nectarios.
