On January 1, the day of the repose of St. Amphilochius of Pochaiv, the Holy Dormition Pochaiv Lavra hosted celebrations dedicated to his memory. Thousands of UOC faithful gathered at the Lavra to participate in the Divine Liturgy in the Transfiguration Cathedral and the procession.
