On January 15, 2025, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeals in Kyiv will hold another hearing regarding the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. This was announced by the monastery’s attorney, Archpriest Nikita Chekman, on his Telegram channel.
According to the statement, the court will review the Reserve's lawsuit seeking the eviction of the monastic brotherhood from the monastery.
Father Nikita has requested prayerful support.
As the UOJ previously reported, a judge had recused herself from the case concerning the eviction of the monks from the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
