Uniate and OCU's higher schools announce collaboration

The Volyn Orthodox Theological Academy of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) and the Uniate Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv have signed a cooperation agreement, according to the OCU academy's website.
The agreement was signed by the rectors – Volodymyr Vakin of the academy and Taras Dobko of the Uniate university.
The text of the agreement states that “the joint efforts of the Academy and the University will aim to support the Churches and unite Ukrainian society.”
Previously, the UOJ reported on how the Serbian Church's hierarch suggested solving the issue of the OCU.

The liturgy was attended by the monastery’s clergy, Arabic-speaking clergy from the Jerusalem Patriarchate, Hieromonk Peter (Borodulin) of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission, and pilgrims in holy orders.
