Trump Probe: Biden's FBI Spied on TPUSA
WASHINGTON, DC — The FBI, under President Joe Biden, investigated 92 conservative groups and individuals in a probe dubbed “Arctic Frost,” aimed at charging former President Donald Trump with 2020 election-related crimes, according to a Senate Judiciary Committee report released Tuesday.
The operation scrutinized entities like the Republican National Committee, former Trump officials, and nonprofits such as Turning Point USA.
Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) called it a partisan effort to target the Republican apparatus.
The probe, started in April 2022 and later led by Special Counsel Jack Smith, involved over 150 interviews, 400 subpoenas, and 60 search warrants.
Critics, including Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-Wyo.), allege political motives, noting her consultant was surveilled during her challenge to Liz Cheney.
The operation coincided with lax enforcement against cartel trafficking and attacks on pregnancy centers, raising concerns about politicized law enforcement.
