Prayer standing against seizure of UOC church starts in Zazymya

On September 17, the community of the Christ Resurrection Church in the village Zazymya of the Kyiv region gathered for prayer standing to protect the UOC church from raiding by OCU supporters, reports the KozakTv1 Telegram channel.

The police and many representatives of the military are present near the UOC church. Activists of the OCU and representatives of local authorities led by a member of the executive committee of the Brovary City Council, Oleksiy Doroshenko, have lined up at the gates and do not allow believers to enter the territory of the temple.

Earlier, the church's clergyman, Archpriest Viacheslav Yakovenko, warned of another attempt to seize the UOC church in Zazymya on his YouTube channel "Pravdorub" and asked for support from the faithful.

As reported, the UOC community in Zazymya is asking for support from the believers because of the threat of church seizure.
