**COLORADO SPRINGS —** On January 7, 2026, His Grace Bishop Vasily of the Orthodox Church in America's (OCA) Diocese of the West [celebrated the Old Calendar Feast of the Nativity](https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1NKV1exR78/?mibextid=wwXIfr) at Holy Theophany Orthodox Church in Colorado Springs. During his visit, he also [met with the parish's catechumens](https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AKZ8fGzFc/?mibextid=wwXIfr), of which there are many.

Shortly after his consecration to the episcopacy in 2025, Bishop Vasily [celebrated the Old Calendar Feast of the Dormition](https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16xj8tCb4m/) of the Mother of God at the Nativity of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church in Menlo Park, California.
