Anastasios. The conference, titled “Anastasios: Archbishop, Theologian, Missionary,” will be held March 2–4, 2026, at Holy Cross Theological Seminary and is organized by the Huffington Ecumenical Institute in collaboration with the HCHC Missionary Institute.

Abp. Elpidophoros described the visit as an opportunity to reflect on the life of Abp. Anastasios, who “literally resurrected the Orthodox Church” in Albania following decades of militant atheism, and to renew ties between the Orthodox Churches of Albania and the United States.
