**BATH, PA —** The Orthodox Church in America (OCA) Diocesan Chancery of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania has released a new [Talent Survey](https://doepa.org/news%5F260428%5F2) inviting clergy and faithful across the diocese to offer their skills in service to the Church.

Guided by the theme “Every gift is given for a purpose,” the initiative seeks to identify talents within parish communities, including liturgical service, music, teaching, administration, media, event planning, and charitable outreach. The effort aims to encourage broader participation and deeper engagement in parish life.
