# New Greek-English Pew Edition of Divine Liturgy Now Available

The Divine Liturgy Pew Edition 2026 was published by Orthodox Press under the direction of the Department of Religious Education of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America (GOARCH) with the approval of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. The volume follows the official Greek “Hieratikon” issued in 2020 and includes revisions to both the Greek and English texts.

According to the publisher, the updated translation draws on scholarly review, pastoral practice, and the liturgical experience of the Church. It seeks to provide greater clarity and precision while preserving the theological depth and familiar rhythm of the service.

The hardcover book features a gold-stamped cover and Byzantine-inspired interior design. In addition to the Divine Liturgy, it contains the Prayers of Thanksgiving after Holy Communion, the Memorial Service, or Trisagion, and the Service of the Blessing of the Five Loaves, known as Artoklasia.

Parishes are encouraged to place the edition in their pews so worshippers can follow the service and participate more fully.
