The Antiochian Archdiocese is hiring a part-time administrator to oversee and strengthen its Youth Protection Program.
ENGLEWOOD, NJ — The Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America has announced an opening for a part-time Administrator of its Youth Protection Program, seeking a qualified candidate to oversee coordination and implementation of safeguarding policies across its parishes.
The role, based remotely with occasional travel, involves managing background screening systems, supporting parish Youth Protection Coordinators, and ensuring compliance with established policies. The administrator will also collaborate with Archdiocesan departments and external partners, including Sterling Volunteers, while maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Applicants will be expected to assist with policy updates, provide troubleshooting support, and facilitate communication through digital tools such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office. The position requires a monthly commitment of 10–12 hours and offers compensation of $250 per month, with reimbursed travel expenses when applicable.
