In Lutsk KP seminarians kicks the publishing house out of the room

On September 18, the Volyn diocese of the Kyiv Patriarchate mobilized seminarians to take the things of the publishing house "Initial" out of the premises. The publishing house rents several rooms on the territory of the Bernardine Monastery – a monument of national importance, reports Volyn, 24.

In the morning, the workers of "Initial" found one of the doors of the publishing house sealed, and through the other the seminarians were taking things out onto the street. Tables, cabinets, bookcases, documents, books and personal belongings stood on the territory of the cathedral in the open air.

The legal advisor of the Volyn diocese Julia Spirina arrived at the site. According to her, the vacation of the premises is legal.

"Initial" representatives claim that they have a valid lease agreement. In addition, they still pay for electricity.

The workers of the publishing house called the police because they consider the seminarian’s actions hooligan.

The conflict between the publishing house and the Kyiv Patriarchate began in May 2017.
