Students of the pedagogical university are driven to the prayer service of Kyiv Patriarchate instead of lessons
The students came to the cathedral with attached inscriptions on clothes "I was forced to come here instead of university lessons".
"When the scandal becomes imminent, the press service will say that they were misunderstood. It will say it was a misunderstanding. This situation is repeated at the national educational institution annually," writes Sergei Zaichenko.
"Solemn prayer", as reported on the page of the university, took place on the occasion of the Day of Educators. "We invite you to the solemn prayer service on the occasion of the professional holiday of all teachers – the Day of Educators, which will be led by His Holiness Patriarch of Kiev and All Russia-Ukraine Filaret. The event will take place on September 29 at 9.00 at Saint Vladimir Cathedral in Kiev (general muster at 8.45 at the cathedral)," says the announcement on the page of the University in Facebook.
