UOC faithful ask to help build a church in Devichki instead of the taken away

The UOC community of vlg. Devichki of the Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky district, Kiev region, has requested the CF "Favor" to help build a new church. The church of the UOC, which the community used, is located on the territory of the military unit and, according to the decision of the authorities, it was handed over to the Kyiv Patriarchate.

At the moment, it is raised 1100 of the necessary amount – 111 thousand hryvnia.

"We know that such people will certainly be found," representatives of the charitable organization wrote. "After all, the mission "A Drop of Peace", which guides the Foundation’s activities today, always reminds us that the achievement of peace and the overcoming of aggression in our country are possible only if our people live with Christ and in Christ. Is there other way to do this than eating His flesh and blood? Therefore, building churches is building peace!"

Requisites of banks for donation are available on the page of the CF "Favor".
