Kyiv Patriarchate awards "for sacrifice" scandalous "Mirotvorets"
Chairman of the Military Clergy Department of the UOC-KP "Metropolitan" John (Yaremenko) congratulated on the Counter-intelligence Day "the personnel of the centre for the investigation of signs of crimes against the national security of Ukraine, peace, human security and the international legal order "Mirotvorets"and with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Filaret of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine awarded the "Mirotvorets" team a medal ‘For sacrifice and love of Ukraine’", reports the Synodal Department of the Military Clergy of the UOC-KP on its Facebook page.
At the same time, John Yaremenko in his congratulations noted that "the Ukrainians crave for the truth, so that they can always be satisfied with this truth when they visit the site ‘Mirotvorets’".
On August 15, the same "Metropolitan" John consecrated the icon "The All-Seeing Eye of God" for the "Mirotvorets", endowing it with special features, "according to our faith and Divine Grace".
The head of the Kyiv Patriarchate Filaret (Denisenko) often speaks about the "truth" and assures his supporters that the Ukrainians of Donbass have sinned "a sin of federalization", the blame for which they can only wash away with blood.
Earlier the name of the vicar of the Holy Dormition Pochaev Lavra, Metropolitan Vladimir of Pochaev was entered into the section "Purgatory" on the site "Mirotvorets" for appeals to believers "to convince not by the force of arms, but by the power of words."
On May 11, 2016, "Mirotvorets" published full personal data, addresses and phone numbers of several thousand journalists from around the world, which caused an international scandal. On September 12, 2017, the UN urged Ukraine to urgently investigate the activities of the site "Mirotvorets", welcoming the fact that the National Police opened criminal proceedings on the site activities since August 2014.
