S14 threatens to carry on picketing Kiev Lavra
Coordinator of S14 Markian Yatsinyak said that the Lavra would become a center of a "larger and longer" campaign" in the format of blockade or some other interesting creative thing.”
According to the group coordinator, at the Lavra during the Maidan in 2014, titushki were hiding and weapons were stored, and "in January 2014, Russian officer Girkin came there to participate in the Cross Procession."
The radical expressed the opinion that "all Orthodox confessions without restrictions" should be admitted to the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra."
Earlier, on January 8, radicals from S14 blocked the entrance to the caves of the Holy Dormition Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. An employee of the National Kiev-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Reserve commented on the action of S14 that "they played for camera and left the Lavra."
