ENGLEWOOD, NJ — The Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America has released its updated list of scholarships for 2026, offering financial assistance to Antiochian students pursuing higher education. The scholarships are coordinated through the Archdiocese’s Scholarship Office and include opportunities funded by archdiocesan, diocesan, parish, and organizational sources.

Among the featured awards are the Francis Maria Scholarships, supported by the Francis Maria Foundation for Justice and Peace. The Francis Maria Scholarship provides several $10,000 awards to eligible undergraduate students, while the Francis Maria Meritorious Service Scholarship offers up to five $2,000 awards based on parish involvement and financial need. Applications are due May 1 and June 1, respectively.

Additional opportunities include the SOYO Metropolitan Philip Youth Worker Scholarship, which supports youth ministry degree programs; grants from the Antiochian Women to assist with educational and training expenses; and tuition assistance for Master of Divinity students at the Antiochian House of Studies. Archdiocesan officials encourage pastors, parents, benefactors, and students to review eligibility requirements and contact individual sponsors for details on deadlines and qualifications.
