Borispol officials want to prohibit passage of Cross Procession through town

Petition #000004 with a request to ban the passage of the Cross procession of the UOC through Borispol has appeared on the site of the Borispol city council. Officials may also consider a prohibition of believers’ sleepover in the town.

The initiative of the civil servants is currently supported by 143 people.

For its part, tomorrow the Orthodox faithful of Borispol intend to collect signatures under an appeal to the authorities to allow the passage of the Cross Procession through the city.

The UOJ is monitoring the developments.
