Kherson diocese of UOC honors the memory of those who died for the liberation of Kherson

March 13, on the 73rd anniversary of the liberation of Kherson from the Nazi invaders, with the blessing of Metropolitan John of Kherson and Tauride, the clergy of the Kherson diocese honored the memory of the soldiers who died for the liberation of Kherson, writes the website of the diocese

A festive meeting and the laying of flowers to the eternal flame took place at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Glory Park.

Representatives of the Kherson authorities, war veterans, public representatives and young people took part in the celebrations.
