In Pochaev TSN provokes believers pretending they are from Russian TV

A TSN journalist asks female pilgrims questions, presenting himself as an employee of the Russian channel

A TSN journalist requests female pilgrims who buy souvenirs next to the Holy Assumption Pochaev Lavra, using manipulation and impersonating himself as a Russian "First Channel" employee.

In response to the provocative behavior of the TSN journalist, the sellers of souvenirs call the police.

Besides, TSN staff member Sergei Galchenko accused the Union of Orthodox Journalists that the video footage of the religious procession Kamenets-Pochaev was made by the journalists of the UOJ solely for the purpose of filming alleged conflicts and delivering materials to Moscow: "The whole course was accompanied by the Union of Orthodox journalists being close to the UOC MP.  Any reaction to the calls to "prepare for war" or to the flags of Novorossiya would immediately become the propaganda weapon of the head of the ROC Kirill."

As reported by the UOJ, earlier the Kamenets-Podolsky eparchy denied its involvement in the distribution of any attributes to the participants of the cross procession to Pochaev. The eparchy declared that neither this year nor ever before, religious or other attributes had been distributed during the organization of the procession by the Kamenets-Podolsky eparchy, while the information about T-shirts, allegedly received from the organizers of the procession, is untrue.

On August 19, the day of the Transfiguration of the Lord, the believers of the Kamenets-Podolsky eparchy set off to the Pochaev Lavra. The total number of pilgrims this year exceeded 20 000 people.
