The Cabinet prolongs coronavirus quarantine till April 24

On March 25, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to prolong the coronavirus quarantine for another 30 days, until April 24. This was reported by the RBC-Ukraine online edition.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal said that an emergency regime is also being introduced in the country.

“We continue the quarantine and introduce an emergency in the state of Ukraine for 30 days until April 24, 2020 with the possibility of its further extension,” said Shmygal.

At the same time, it is stipulated that quarantine can be either extended or terminated prematurely.

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved criminal liability for violation of quarantine rules, while the Cabinet of Ministers banned worship services with the participation of more than 10 people.
