UOC to prayerfully honor 75th anniversary of Victory over Nazism

On May 9, 2020, in all the churches and monasteries of the UOC, memorial services for those who died in World War II will be held and prayers will be offered for the health of the defenders of the Motherland, reports the UOC Information and Education Department.
With the blessing of the Primate of the UOC, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine, the ruling bishops of all eparchies received a circular letter about services on the 75th anniversary of the Victory over Nazism.
Earlier, more than 350 thousand Ukrainians joined the online march to the 75th anniversary of the Victory.
