In an interview with TSN, the head of the Ministry of Culture Olexander Tkachenko said that "the state will take care of the far and near caves" where "museum exhibits" are located. And they "can become, as is happening in Europe, not only objects for worship, such as Notre Dame de Paris, where services take place, but museum objects at the same time."

According to the Minister of Culture, "this is a separate complex issue to be solved with the public at large and experts."

Earlier, Oleksandr Tkachenko said that the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra was being taken away because the UOC did not want to disavow the ROC.
