Eustratiy Zoria says satanic actions near Lavra discredit OCU

"Metropolitan" Eustratiy Zoria of the OCU said that he categorically condemns "carnival-mocking PR-actions against religion and mockery of the faith" under the walls of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. The OCU spokesman wrote about it on his Facebook page.
Zoria noted that with these shameful actions, activists mock the faith, thereby "morally whitewashing" the UOC and putting it in the position of a victim.
"The second goal is to discredit the OCU. This is a well-known technique when some individuals or groups perceived negatively in society demonstrate their "support". To get the effect of rotten fish, the stench of which remains even when the fish is thrown away," claims the "metropolitan".
"An acquaintance wrote to me: 'As far as I’ve heard, these are custom-made actions that are intentionally initiated and paid for to create a certain 'picture' for the media in order to discredit the events around the Lavra and create an appropriate negative background and perception... A classic PR performance". So, shame on the organizers and participants of such actions!” resumed the OCU spokesperson.
As reported, the magician Belial, who supports the OCU, held "a funeral service for the UOC MP" near the Lavra.
