At the Trinity Cathedral of the OCU in Lutsk, the mother of a military man was denied the funeral of her son because he is “not a Hero,” the Volyn Post reports.
“They refused to bury him in the cathedral, because they said that he had died of natural causes. Nor did they allow to bury him on the Alley of Glory, for the same reason,” the journalists report the words of the mother of the military, Zoya Korobko.
At the same time, she does not agree with the conclusion of death, which says that her son died of a heart attack, since his entire body is covered with bruises. Korobko has obtained a second forensic examination and suspects that the death of her son Andriy was violent. This means that she considers the refusal of the funeral service in the Trinity Cathedral of the OCU to be unfair.
“We can’t have a funeral in the central cathedral, because he’s not a Hero?” she asks.
Earlier, the UOJ wrote that according to Zinkevych, "we love only those who love us, the rest – unless we shoot them."
