UOC Chancellor meets with honorary President of US Congressmen Association

On May 25, 2021, Metropolitan Anthony (Pakanich), Chancellor of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, met with US Congressman of six convocations, Honorary President of the Association of American Congressmen Jim Slattery. This was reported on the FB page of the UOC Chancellor.
At the meeting, which took place at the Holy Dormition Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, the parties discussed topical issues of cultural, social and religious life in Ukraine and the world.
At the end of the meeting, Metropolitan Anthony presented the American guest with memorable gifts.
As reported by the UOJ, earlier the UOC Chancellor met in Belgrade with His Holiness Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia.
