On May 13, representatives of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and religious organizations met with the Minister of Church, Urban, and Rural Affairs and Cooperation with the Scandinavian States of the Kingdom of Denmark, Morten Dalin, the Danish Ambassador to Ukraine, and other members of the Danish delegation, the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches website reports.

"Ukrainian religious figures noted that in Ukraine, during the state of war, freedom of religion is ensured, confessions communicate with the authorities and address emerging issues in dialogue," the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches statement said.

The organization's representatives also briefed the Danes on crimes by the Russian Federation in the religious sphere of Ukraine.

As the UOJ reported, the Verkhovna Rada admitted that they sent a delegation from the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches to the United States to assure Americans that there are "no persecutions" in Ukraine.
