Court hearing on eviction of monks from Lavra slated for June 27 in Kyiv

Tomorrow, June 27, 2024, a court hearing regarding the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra will take place at the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal in Kyiv (1 Sholudenko Street). This was reported by UOC lawyer Archpriest Nikita Chekman on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the hearing will begin at 14:00.

The hearing will address the case of terminating the brethren's use of the premises of the Lower Lavra.

"We ask for holy prayers!" the lawyer wrote.

As the UOJ reported, the composition of the panel of judges for this case has previously been completely changed.
