Criminal case opened against head of 'Holos' for inciting religious hatred

The Pre-Trial Investigation Bureau in Kyiv entered information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations (URPI) on July 5, 2024, regarding the incitement of religious hatred by the head of the Holos faction, Oleksandra Ustinova. This was reported on July 19 by Archpriest Nikita Chekman on his Telegram channel.
"On January 10, 2024, at 09:05, an article by Oleksandra Ustinova, the head of the Holos faction and a member of the Ukrainian parliament, was posted on the website 'Glavcom'. The article can be accessed at the following link: https://glavcom.ua/longreads/oleksandra-ustinova-amerikantsi-chudovo-rozumiut-shcho-mi-mozhemo-prohrati-vijnu-979342.html," commented the lawyer.
He stated that he expects further actions from the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) employees during the investigation of this criminal offense.
As reported by UOJ, the Ombudsman reacted to the illegal detention of Metropolitan Arseniy in the pre-trial detention center.
