A documentary film about the persecution of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, prepared by Amsterdam & Partners LLP, was shown on U.S. channels. As reported on his Telegram channel by Member of Parliament Artem Dmytruk, it was also viewed by representatives of the Republican Party of America.
The MP published the Ukrainian version of the short film, noting that viewers in the States were shown footage of forceful seizures of churches and numerous attacks on believers and clergy of the UOC. The film also raised the issue of illegal arrests of UOC bishops and journalists from the "Union of Orthodox Journalists."
“Among those speaking about the repression of Ukrainian believers were the likely Vice President of the USA J.D. Vance, a hierarch of the Orthodox Church in the USA, American politicians, Ukrainian journalists, and servicemen,” he wrote.
Dmytruk urged his followers to watch the film and share this story with others.
“And yes, they say that Republicans have already appreciated this work,” the MP noted.
As the UOJ previously reported, this video was announced by the American defender of the UOC Robert Amsterdam, who stated that it would be shown in the USA.
