Court to consider the case of evicting monks from Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra today

On August 1st, a hearing will be held at the Northern Economic Court of Appeal in Kyiv regarding the eviction of monks from the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra (Lower Lavra), announced the monastery's lawyer, Archpriest Nikita Chekman.
The hearing will begin at 14:30. The monastery's defenders and monks are requesting holy prayers.
As the UOJ previously reported, the hearing was postponed earlier because the judge recused himself.
